If you go to your android-sdk/tools folder I think you'll find a message :

亚行工具已移动到平台工具/

The adb tool has moved to platform-tools/

如果你没有看到你的SDK这个目录，   推出SDK和AVD管理器（运行Android的工具）   并安装的Andr​​oid SDK平台工具

If you don't see this directory in your SDK, launch the SDK and AVD Manager (execute the android tool) and install "Android SDK Platform-tools"
