新ColorPickerDialog(FingerPaintActivity.this,FingerPaintActivity.this,mPaint.getColor())显示();

FingerPaintActivity.this - 是活动背景 mPaint是涂料对象。

FingerPaintActivity.this - is the activity context   mPaint is the paint object. 

无论颜色用户选择的对象将具有颜色。如果用户选择红色mPaint将具有红色可用于绘制

Whatever color the user chooses the object will have that color. If user chooses red mPaint will have red color which can be used to draw.
